What happens after you refer

We reach out to the family. Our intake team contacts the parent or guardian right away, usually the same business day, to answer questions and explain what comes next.
We verify insurance. We confirm the family's coverage, walk them through what their plan includes, and handle the authorization paperwork on their behalf.
A BCBA leads the assessment. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst evaluates the child and builds a treatment plan around the child's strengths, needs, and the family's goals.
Therapy begins at home. Sessions take place in the child's home, so skills are practiced in the same environment where they're used every day, with ongoing BCBA oversight.
