As Clinical Director, Taylor sets the clinical standard at Mastermind — 10+ years as a BCBA and a track record of building ABA programs across multiple states.
Taylor Dzingle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with more than 10 years of experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities. Throughout her career, she has worked directly with children and families while also leading the growth and development of ABA programs across multiple states.
Taylor is passionate about helping children build meaningful skills that increase independence, confidence, and quality of life. She believes that every child is unique and that successful treatment begins with strong partnerships between clinicians, families, and the broader care team. Her collaborative and compassionate approach helps families feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their child's journey.
In addition to her clinical work, Taylor has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, expanding autism services, and launching new treatment programs to improve access to care. She has successfully led the growth of clinical teams, developed evidence-based service models, and mentored behavior analysts to ensure the highest standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
As Clinical Director at Mastermind Behavior Services, Taylor is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Her goal is to ensure that every child receives individualized, high-quality care while helping families navigate services with confidence and support.

Kristin supports children ages 2–15 across home, clinic, and hospital settings, with a focus on self-advocacy and communication. Her BCBA fieldwork took her to Hawaii, working with families from around the world.
Kristin Waugh, M.A., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents ages 2-15 with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. She has experience in the home, clinic, and hospital settings. Kristin is passionate about empowering clients to self-advocate and make choices. She enjoys helping clients build their communication and life skills to increase their independence. Kristin has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Writing from Christopher Newport University (VA) and a Master’s in ABA and Exceptional Student Education from the University of West Florida. She completed her BCBA fieldwork in Hawaii where she loved working with children and families from all over the world. In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her seven-year-old son and husband, especially going to the beach and traveling.

Audrey brings over a decade in behavior analysis with a specialty in public school settings — connecting behavioral science to outcomes educators and families can actually use.
Audrey Poggi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over a decade, including six years as a BCaBA prior to earning BCBA certification in 2017. She specializes in applying evidence-based ABA practices within public school settings and is passionate about helping educators and families connect behavioral science to meaningful real-world outcomes. In addition to mentoring future behavior analysts and educators, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs and exploring her passion for genealogy.

Kafayat completed her BCBA fieldwork at the Carbone Clinic in Dubai and brings experience across early intervention, severe behavior, and functional communication training to families at Mastermind.
My name is Kafayat Thomas, and I am excited to introduce myself as a Behavior Analyst for Mastermind Behavior Services. I have previously worked with children on the autism spectrum and those with other special needs. During this time, I fell in love with helping others succeed, learn, and develop skills that improve their overall quality of life.
I earned my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and completed my BCBA fieldwork in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Carbone Clinic, where I gained valuable experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds. My professional experiences have included severe behaviors, early intervention, social skills development, functional communication training, functional analyses, and caregiver training.
It is my goal to help our children grow and thrive through collaboration, effective communication, professional development, and strong partnerships with all stakeholders involved in their care. I believe meaningful progress is achieved when families, providers, and educators work together toward shared goals.

Victoria is both a BCBA and a high school special education teacher, with 17 years in the classroom. Her specialty: skill acquisition, visual supports, and technology.
Victoria Hornback, MA, BCBA, LBA-NJ is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and high school Special Education Teacher. She has been providing ABA services for over 10 years and teaching students with multiple disabilities for over 17 years. She has experience working with a wide range of age groups (ages 4-21). She specializes in skill acquisition, visual supports, and technology. She is passionate about inclusive opportunities, socialization, and socially significant behavior. She enjoys supporting parents, as well as her clients, to promote positive home environments. In her free time, she enjoys reading and driving her three kids around to all their activities.
Marissa has supported learners from age 2 to 20 and builds every intervention on two foundations: parent collaboration and strong pairing.
Marissa Burd, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services. Marissa has worked with individuals aged 2 to 20, allowing her to support a variety of skills. Marissa believes in meaningful skill building and that successful intervention begins with parent collaboration and strong pairing.
A former elementary teacher with a Master's in Child Development, Kelly focuses on making behavior analysis accessible to the caregivers and family members who use it daily.
Kelly Brzak is a former Elementary Teacher with a Master's in Child Development. She is committed to working closely with caregivers and family members, as well as sharing behavior analysis with others. She is the mom of 4 kids (aged 2-18) and loves the autonomy and support she experiences working for Mastermind.
With 20+ years in autism and developmental disabilities — including seven on a Child Study Team — Jen pairs deep school-systems knowledge with neurodiversity-affirming care.
Jennifer Chiochankitmun is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the field of autism and developmental disabilities, including more than 10 years credentialed as a BCBA. Jen has experience supporting individuals across home, school, and community settings and values collaborative partnerships with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams. Her background includes seven years working on a Child Study Team, providing her with extensive knowledge of school-based supports and systems. Jen is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized, and neurodiversity-affirming care that promotes meaningful skill development, independence, and improved quality of life for the individuals and families she serves.
