Your child isn’t typical.

Your life isn’t what you expected.

Your friends don’t understand.

You worry about your child’s future. You want to them to express their needs, function independently and cope in their environment. But, you don’t have the tools to help them progress.

You need skilled experts who understand your child with ASD, and have proven methods to help them succeed.

Does this sound familiar?

“They tell me my child is progressing at school. But home is a nightmare. He can’t do anything himself, and has constant meltdowns. I’m overwhelmed and exhausted.

I wish I had the tools to manage his emotions and outburst better at home”.

My child can’t communicate. She can’t tell me what’s upsetting her or tell me what she needs. She’s trapped in a world where I have no understanding. I feel helpless, shut out and frustrated.

I wish we could understand what she needs, and what’s frustrating her”.

“I wish we could do things as a normal family. But going to the park, or the store is impossible. Every decision is based on “will my child cope?”

I wish we could have a normal day when a trip to a playground can simply mean a trip to the playground.”

Mastermind Behavior

Your team who believes in your child’s potential AND has the expertise to help them achieve it.

With in-home ABA therapy, we’ll help your child develop skill in social, language and communication, and functional daily living. In the familiarity of your home environment, your child will feel comfortable and secure, allowing them to make positive lasting progress.

How it works

Assess

We come to your home and do an in-depth assessment of your child’s skills, challenges, and personality. We then set realistic goals based on parents’ priorities and your child’s needs.

Implement

A hand-picked qualified therapist implements a personalized ABA program. With several hours of weekly one-to-one therapy, you’ll be thrilled with the positive improvements and visible progress.

Evaluate

We insist on regular supervision. Ongoing evaluation means your child will be developing at the right pace and mastering the skills they need.

"Since we started, Daniel has become more independent.

Before starting therapy, he couldn’t communicate at all – he only could use pointing. Since we started, Daniel has become more independent. Now he tells me in one or two words what he wants. We’re guessing less, now he can tell me what he wants, not pointing randomly. The staff are compassionate, passionate and understanding. They are like family.”

– Stacy G.

“The services have changed my life completely. I’m so optimistic now.

Before, I worried all the time about social skills, his anxiety and his behaviors. He was frustrated, disconnected, and I was overwhelmed and helpless. The therapists asked me: what do you want to see from him, and then we set goals. Slowly, he is coming out of his shell. There are huge improvements. He is able to follow instructions. He’s sitting at the table, he is joining the family, is more involved. Before he would scream if he wanted something, now he can ask for it. Everything is much easier, like I know to warn him before we leave the house. I’m so optimistic now. There is light at the end of the tunnel. MMB treats us like family. My son’s success is their success.”

We accept most major insurances

If your insurance plan covers ABA therapy, our services will likely be covered. We’ll expertly coordinate your insurance coverage, so your child can begin therapy without spending hours on the phone or wading through administration issues.

You didn’t expect your child to have autism.
But with Mastermind Behavior, you can expect them to succeed.

You’ll celebrate your child’s progress as we work on…

Improving communication skills

Children with ASD struggle to express their feelings and understand what others are saying. As your child learns to express their wants & needs with gestures, eye contact and language, you’ll feel relieved and hopeful now that you can understand and connect to them better.

Reducing problem behaviors

We’ll address self-harm, tantrums and other destructive behaviors so your child can feel happier, safer and be understood. Dealing with these behaviors early on prevents these behaviors from becoming harder to manage as your child gets older.

Developing real-life skills

Your child CAN function better in your daily life. From putting on their own shoes, to sitting in their chair at the dinner table, your child will learn to function better at home. As they master skills like going to the bathroom, or walking safely across the road, life will become calmer and easier for everyone.

Encouraging social skills

Your child will work towards developmentally appropriate social skills. We’ll work on social skills like making eye contact, reading facial expressions and taking turns, so your child can connect with peers, handle social settings and form meaningful relationships.

And, you’ll feel supported by the involvement of a caring professional – in your own home.
